You carry out customer calls for advice and support. Also enter data on the phone. First customer requests on the subject of photovoltaics are answered by you. You prepare visiting documents and offers for the field service. The agreement of appointments for the field service is also one of your tasks.

You have a successfully completed training as an office businessman (m/w/d), industrial businessman (m/w/d) or in a comparable commercial profession. You could already gain first experiences in the interior service. You have a pronounced communication capability and customer orientation. Basic knowledge in the field of photovoltaics is advantageous, but no exclusion criterion. You master the MS Office applications and are ideally familiar with a CRM system. Your team skills and your structured way of working are yours.
