In this position, you are responsible for ensuring, developing and monitoring all quality- and food-safety-relevant processes in the logistics warehouse.You act as a central interface between warehouse logistics, goods receipt, goods outlet, purchasing and external partners and ensure compliance with legal, customer-specific and internal quality standards. Ensuring and continuous development of the quality management system in the logistics warehouse Monitor compliance with food requirements (including HACCP, IFS Logistics, QS) Responsibility for quality-relevant processes along the entire warehouse and logistics chain Planning, conducting and preparing internal audits as well as monitoring external audits and administrative checks Editing deviations, complaints and blockings incl. Cause analysis Training, awareness and professional support of employees on quality issues Maintenance, updating and documentation of quality-relevant documents and procedural instructions OTHER ACTIVITIES Control of the quality of goods in receipt of goods, during storage and in the goods outlet Monitoring of hygiene, temperature and cleaning standards Documentation and evaluation of quality-relevant data and test reports Management and maintenance of specifications, test plans and work instructions Support in process optimization from quality and food safety perspective Communication with customers, suppliers and certification bodies on quality topics

A completed training or study in the field of food technology, quality management, logistics or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in quality management, ideally in fresh logistics (fruit & vegetables) Knowledge of relevant standards and legal requirements (e.g. HACCP, IFS, QS, LMHV) Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Enforcement, sense of responsibility and high communication skills Safe handling of MS Office and ideally with QM and documentation systems Standing for continuous training
