To strengthen our team, we are looking for one/n for the Wiesbaden site Teamleiter Pension Payroll Accounting bAV (w/m/d) (code 202601073)

In the area, you take a central role in the account management of strategically important customers. You accompany project tenders for new and existing customers.

In order to maintain and deepen existing customer and business relationships, you support customer management in the area of pension management and take over the negotiation, conclusion and implementation of customer contracts.

Their tasks also include the operational responsibility for a part of this customer base, as well as the economic planning and control of customer relationships, for which large customers are the first contact person.

Together with the group leaders, you are responsible for the disciplinary and professional leadership, motivation and further development of specialist groups. You ensure the quality of services to our customers, taking into account service-level commitments and KPIs, and ensure a sustainable development of customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

You recognize product-performance and process-related optimization potentials and actively participate in their implementation. Internal projects are managed or supported by you.

With the area management, you work closely together and agree with interfaces in implementing customer requirements.

You already have several years of professional experience as manager and account management (at least 5 years each)

You have a well-founded experience in bAV and can bring them into the customer relationship as well as into the operational accounting processes

You have a degree in mathematics, economics, law or a comparable qualification

In addition, you have a high degree of initiative, proactivity and self-responsibility

You are passionate about the operational responsibility of processes and are happy to take responsibility to complete projects in a targeted manner

You have the pleasure of change processes and inspire colleagues and laws for new ideas

You are durable, team-ready, reliable, communication-strong, positive thinking and able to convince and motivate others

You are characterized by their ability to work quickly into new topics

You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English

You are routined in handling MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point) and can quickly find themselves in new software.
