These tasks await you:

• Constancy & repair: They carry out all-round craft activities and carry out smaller repairs in and on our properties independently.
• Object support: They maintain the buildings as well as the outdoor facilities and ensure a well-maintained and safe appearance. Coordination: They provide external service providers and craftsmen and control their work execution.
• Object control: They carry out regular tours, document counter readings and check the technical installations.
• Speaker on site: You have an open ear for the craftsmanship of our tenants and service providers.

This will bring you:

• A completed professional training (e.g. as an electrician, plant mechanic, carpenter) or a well-founded professional experience as a craftsman all-rounder.
• A valid class B license.
