Financial accounting, controlling, procurement, quality and risk management as well as process and organisational advice: Sana Management Service GmbH is with its approx. 100 dedicated employees: represented at the Ismaning, Berlin and Essen sites and supported our internal customers and clinics on site with their services. Responsibility: You are responsible for the achievement of the business and business objectives as well as the compliance with the agreed range of services of the companies according to the specifications of the performance directories and quality standards Advice and support: You advise and advise existing customers, including complaint management, continuously optimize the processes and quality for the customer and monitor compliance with contractual agreements Figures in sight: You monitor and analyze the numerical material of the responsible works, develop and tune measures to secure earnings and control their implementation and success Personnel management: You advise and support the managers of the associated companies in all personnel matters, in particular in personnel planning, schedule and holiday planning, individual personnel measures and in negotiations with the local works councils (in technical coordination with the staff management).
