(Senior) Manager Operational Product Management (m/f/d)

In the spring of 2027 we move to our new, modern location at Hanauer Landstraße in Frankfurt am Main.

You ensure that product ideas and decisions are successfully implemented – structured, efficient and across country and functional boundaries. Together with your team, you control product changes, artwork processes and operating product initiatives – both nationally and internationally. You connect people, markets and requirements, create clarity and continuously develop Operational Product Management as a strong interface.

Your tasks You guide the Operational Product Management team professionally and disciplinaryly and provide clarity in priorities and responsibilities. You control product changes, relaunches, assortment adjustments and operating product initiatives in national and international markets. You translate business, market and product requirements into clear implementation plans, timelines and decision bases. You provide complete, quality-tested and freelance artwork and product information for print and digital applications. You keep product performance, lifecycle, portfolio complexity and relevant KPIs in mind and conduct optimization potentials. You recognize risks, dependencies and bottlenecks at an early stage and advance pragmatic solutions. You develop processes, workflows, templates and quality standards – with a view to efficiency, scalability and automation. You control and prioritize product-related implementation issues across categories and international market requirements. You prepare sound basis for portfolio, assortment and process decisions. You work closely with internal teams, international interfaces and external partners to ensure smooth implementation.

Multiannual experience in (operational) product management or a comparable FMCG function. Leadership experience, ideally in cross-area product, process or implementation teams. Funded understanding of Go-to-Market processes, artwork workflows and portfolio control. Experience in international cooperation and safe handling of different markets, requirements and stakeholders. Strong communication and stakeholder management expertise in close cooperation with e.g. marketing, R&D, regulatory, quality, supply chain, sales and controlling. Structured, self-sponsored operation with high implementation orientation and clear view for priorities Design Will, Change Readiness and Growth Mindset. Very good knowledge of English in word and writing.
