Total responsibility for financial and accounting, controlling and reporting Member of the local management team and close cooperation with management, departments and the international parent company Technical and disciplinary leadership, further development and motivation of the team in the field of responsibility Support for local management in business decisions Responsibility for operational and strategic financial planning including budgeting, quarterly forecasting processes and investment planning Analysis of business development based on relevant KPIs, GuV analyses, derivation and follow-up of appropriate measures to control earnings Ensuring the timely creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and US-GAAP, taking into account Percentage of Completion or Over Time Revenue Recognition including report refund to the parent company Responsibility for liquidity planning, net-working capital control and financial transparency in relation to cash-related key figures Responsibility for Internal Controls / SOX Compliance and Accompanying Internal and External Audits (including Audit) Creation and further development of meaningful forecast, performance and management reports for management and group Business partners in business management in economic issues, investment decisions, cost optimization and strategic initiatives Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Co-operation and management of projects and special topics with commercial and process focus Continuous optimization of ongoing processes and structures within the Finance sector in close interdepartmental cooperation Promoting inter-company cooperation within the company and cooperation in the ongoing optimization of corporate culture TEAM: You will work closely with the local management, cross-departmental partners and colleagues of the international parent company, accompanying a finance team of six employees with clarity, respect and liability.

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Multiannual professional and managerial experience in financial and accounting, ideally in the middle of production; Experience in grouping would be ideal Knowledge of accounting, cost accounting, budget planning and controlling Knowledge of balance sheet, provisions, various balance sheets and GuVs (US GAAP, trade balance, tax balance), consolidated financial and percentage of completion Strategic and analytical thinking combined with pragmatism and implementation strength Imprinted communication strength, safe appearance and a value-aware, modern leadership style Solution-oriented, decision-making and strong Value-oriented, reliable and cooperative personality High IT affinity and understanding for digital financial and ERP processes Good organisational and coordination skills Language and English knowledge of languages
