Team Leader Claims Management (m/f/d)

In the Department of Damage Management in our headquarters in Hamburg or in Düsseldorf, you support your future team with the following tasks: You'll conduct your team professionally and disciplinaryly, plan your work, conduct feedback and development talks and agree closely with your leadership. You initiate, tax and accompany projects and make sure processes run smoothly. By checking and checking, you ensure that internal policies and administrative requirements are complied with. You coordinate the damage processing in the team, treat customers, drivers, suppliers and internal interfaces, and take cases in the damage processing process. You'll start and report, take action, accompany audits and ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs.

A completed vocational training as a businessman for insurance and finance (w/m/d) and/or a further training as an insurance specialist (w/m/d) or an entrepreneur (w/m/d) or a comparable training Multiannual professional and leadership experience in the motor vehicle damaged area Talent to lead a team, motivate and develop Own initiative and positive handling of changes Efficient decision-making and complicity to explain complex issues in a comprehensible manner Standing for occasional missions Excellent communication skills in German in word and writing Good knowledge of English Sovereign handling of the MS Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint
