Commercial management in the future (m/f/d)

In this central role you are responsible for the commercial management of our company. You keep finance, controlling as well as central personnel and contractual bases together and work closely with the management, external partners and internal controllers. The position is holistic and hands-on. It is aimed at people with an entrepreneurial view who think structured, take responsibility and, if necessary, also take action – and want to actively develop a growing company. The role is clearly linked to development perspective and can gradually develop further management and leadership tasks. Your tasks Business Management & FinanceTotal accounting, payment and commercial operations Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts in cooperation with the tax advisor Central Accountant for Tax Advisors, Financial Office, Authorities and Other External Partners If necessary, operational cooperation in order and accounting (hands-on mentality) Controlling & Business ManagementResult and financial planning, cost control and target-actual comparisons Construction and further development of a sparten- and product-related control Creation of transparent reports and dashboards (internal and for customers) Analysis of commercial data and ensuring high data quality Support for calculations, cost-effectiveness calculations and new business models Continuous optimization of processes and interfaces in the company Personnel, Administration & OrganisationControl of central HR processes (recruiting, applications, contracts, onboarding) Care and further development of internal guidelines and the business manual Responsibility for time recording, holiday management and personal statistics Supporting administrative structures, tools, software licenses and assets Organisation of procurement, office and facility topics Contract management & legal interfaces Building and maintenance of a structured standard contract library Commercial and formal initial examination of contracts Coordination of contractual bases with customers and partners Preparation of draft contracts and cooperation with external lawyers Support in contract negotiations and ensuring compliance and clean documentation Business Development Cooperation with the management of strategic and structural issues Participation in the further organizational and content development of the company Perspective acquisition of additional management and management responsibility

Commercial training or studies (e.g. BWL, Finance, Accounting, Economic Law, etc.) Multiannual experience in accounting, controlling, administration or commercial responsibility, ideally in the SME environment Secure understanding of contracts, commercial risks and business relationships Structured, independent and responsible operation Analytical strength and ability to understand complex facts Communication strength in dealing with management, tax advisors, authorities, lawyers and customers Entrepreneurial thinking and joy in building and developing structures Very good IT affinity and experience with digital tools; ideally experience in the use of automation or AI to increase efficiency in the commercial environment Important: You don't have to be an expert in all areas. Your attitude, your sense of responsibility and your will to develop into a central role in the long term are crucial.
