Commercial Lead - PACE Drive Business (m/f/d)

Go-to-Market ownership: You are responsible for the entire commercial strategy for PACE Drive Business – from pipeline to completion to scalable growth loops. Sales and marketing from a single source. Build and scale: The foundation is – you develop repeatable processes, sharpen the positioning and unlock new customer segments. Team lead: You lead a team of three people, set direction and pace and create an environment in the good work. Answer numbers: CLV, MRR, CAC, Churn, Pipeline-Velocity – you know your KPIs, can explain their development and actively control it. Living close to the customer: You build relationships with fleet decision-makers, fleet operators and company owners and understand what You really need. Product & Markt verzahn: You work closely with the product team and make sure market feedback is really important.

B2B distribution: detectable experience in the B2B SaaS or B2B Fintech environment – ideally in a product-driven context. You know how to make deals. Entrepreneurship: You think like a founder – take Ownership, find solutions and don't wait on instruction. Building situations do not scare you, but joy. Growth Marketing Confession: You know how sales and marketing have to play together – and can control both. Ready for leadership: First leadership experience is a plus, but not a must. What is decisive is how you deal with people and whether you can take a team. Priority and ownership: You know what's important, it's going to work – and adapt when it changes. AI affinity: At PACE, the curious handling of AI tools is part of everyday life – you are bringing openness with new tools seriously. Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English. Knowledge in the Fleet or Mobility industry is a plus.
