In your role as a group manager, you take a central role in rental management and, together with your team, arrange for service-oriented processing of tenants. In detail, this means:

• Responsibility in day-to-day business: You support the team leader, together with your team, tax the written processing of customer requests for rental adjustments and actively contribute to the optimization of internal processes

• Team coordination and prioritization: You are reviewing the daily work stock, setting priorities and ensuring efficient assignment within your group of employees: inside

• Quality assurance: You check your team's correspondence and release it. For complex concerns, you prepare content and coordinate the coordination with internal interfaces

• It's up to this: You are the first contact person:in your team for professional questions and accompany your colleague:in everyday working with empathy and clarity

• With your completed internship training or a comparable degree/training in the same field, you are well equipped for your new role
