From now on we are looking for you to strengthen our Customer Care Team Customer Care (m/w/d) in full time (39.5 hours/week), unlimited.

You accompany our customer orders in the area of Private Label & Trade from the beginning to the end – both nationally and internationally – and make sure everything runs smoothly and on time In daily exchange with sales, quality assurance, purchasing, supply & demand planning as well as our customers, you coordinate processes and keep all threads together The maintenance of master data and the structured documentation of orders in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system are your responsibility You are a reliable point of contact: You first, check and correct them and take care of credits Complaints and returns are handled independently, solution-oriented and with a view to a sustainable customer relationship

A completed commercial training (e.g. in large and foreign trade) or a comparable qualification – ideally with experience in holistic order processing or in customer care A secure handling of MS Office and experience in working with ERP or commodity management systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Joy of communication and coordination as well as a pronounced team capacity in exchange with internal and external interfaces Organisational skills and a structured, independent and reliable operation Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing A high degree of process understanding, quality awareness and a solution-oriented approach
