As an organization developer*in (m/w/d), you contribute significantly to the design and optimization of our corporate processes and structure. They are strategic and operational and, in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, are responsible for supporting our organisation in a changing way and promoting cooperation at all levels. In detail, you take over the following tasks: Development and implementation of business-wide strategies to ensure continuous growth and sustainable organisational development Implementation of communication and stakeholder management to attract all stakeholders for planned changes Identification and implementation of process and organization optimizations in existing building organisations Conception and support of measures to promote collaboration and communication within teams and departments Creation of targeted project and execution plans and their implementation to ensure successful implementation Adapting further tasks and projects to the needs of the organisation

They bring expertise and personality to successfully shape change processes in a dynamic environment: Successfully completed studies of psychology, preferably with focus on work, business and organizational psychology (ABO) or economic psychology And/or well-founded experience in organisational development, or in consulting change projects They are an open, communicative personality and are looking forward to proactively approaching people Your positive radiance and empathy allow you to quickly build trusting relationships with colleagues, project teams and stakeholders They convince by a safe, friendly appearance and a solution-oriented, structured way of working
