Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Planning and monitoring of welding processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Development and optimization of welding processes and techniques
• Creation of welding instructions (WPS) and test plans
• Implementation of welding technology tests and decreases
• You analyze and evaluate welds and document the results
• Close cooperation with manufacturing, quality assurance and other departments
• You train and support welders and other employees in welding technology issues

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• A completed degree in mechanical engineering, materials engineering or a comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in welding technology
• Qualification as welding engineer (SFI) to DVS-IIW/EWF
• Safety in handling welding standards and regulations (e.g. DIN EN ISO 3834, DIN EN 1090)
• Knowledge in various welding processes (e.g. MIG, MAG, WIG)
• You work independently, structured and are team capable
• A high level of responsibility and a pronounced quality orientation
