Successfully completed studies in the IT sector or comparable training (e.g. specialist informant, IT-Kaufmann/-frau). Multiannual professional and leadership experience in workplace management, ideally in a multi-site organization. Embossed hands-on mentality as well as communication, coaching and leadership skills. You understand developing teams, successfully accompanying changes and motivating employees. Good knowledge of modern workplace technologies and IT service processes, in particular in the areas of client management, mobile device management, software distribution, space systems, telephony and/or printer solutions. Readiness to travel within Germany to support several company locations as well as a pronounced customer and service orientation. Experience in controlling external service providers and service partners is advantageous.
