Ideally, you have a degree in the technical, economic or IT field or have qualified accordingly by a comparable training and practice Multiannual experience in a leadership position Embossed leadership and communication skills Expertise in the design, implementation or evaluation of development measures Knowledge of management and development Basic understanding of IT systems and their application in corporate management knowledge of the energy-economic ERP system “Schleupen CS” are advantageous Basic understanding of the energy industry and its influence on corporate strategies Sales and customer-oriented design is available High reliability and sense of responsibility Loadability and flexibility
