As a service provider in road construction, SAT Strasssanierung GmbH employs around 200 employees as a STRABAG company in Germany. With a total of ten locations in Germany and the use of state-of-the-art technology and qualified personnel, SAT is able to offer high-quality services for efficient and sustainable road rehabilitation.

Participation in an average of 15 months of practical and development programme, including a 3-month international mission Systematic incorporation into different business areas (species) and tasks Support of the area, group and building management After successful completion of the trainee period: Group work

Complete studies or technical training in the field of construction Ideally, first knowledge through practice in road construction or road construction is desirable Good language skills Flexibility and readiness for work trips Team player with convincing personality, negotiation skills, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and organizational talent
