Educator / socio-pedagogical assistant for the elementary sector wanted (m/f/d)

Who wants to see diligent craftsmen? He must go to the Spechtort. This is hammered, screwed and gardened, which holds the stuff. And after the “work” is done, a leap into the Balebad attracts, the strawberry is spooked out of the garden or rocked to the heart's pleasure.

However, our children are also encountered in the woods or apples picking on the adjacent sprout meadow in Lemsahl-Mellingstedt.

Since 2022 we have been offering places for integration aid as an inclusive kita.

As colourful and diverse as our kitas, as individual and unique are our children. For our Kita "Spechtort" we are looking for a flexible specialist from 35 hours a week for our elementary children:

Your perspectives - Our tasks

• Accompaniment of our kitacians in individual kitaday along our open pedagogy of mindfulness. Their work is fully oriented towards the needs of the children.
• They promote the development of children's personality through work in specialized functional spaces and thus ensure a high participation.
• You are an expert in an educational focus or develop it and inspire the children with your theme.

Your skills - Our expectations

• A completed training as an educator / SPA or a comparable degree is absolutely necessary. A focus in one of the seven educational areas of Hamburg's educational recommendations is desirable, but we do not presuppose.
• Openness, willingness to learn and teamwork as well as knowledge, experiences or interest in the field of open pedagogy of mindfulness complete your profile.
