The ''VSP - Association for Social Psychiatry e.V.'' is committed to improving the range of assistance for people with mental illness in the extraclinical area. The VSP was founded in 1972 by persons affected, relatives, committed citizens and professionals in Zwiefalten. Today, nearly 300 VSP employees work in the counties of Reutlingen, Tübingen, Esslingen, Sigmaringen and in the Zollernalbkreis and in the northern Alb-Donau-Kreis. You serve about 800 clients. People with mental illness offer the VSP a life with maximum normality - through a network of host families, housing groups and support in their own home.
