At the earliest possible date, the body must be permanently occupied in full or part-time employment from 20 hours per week. The application is carried out according to your qualification in the various specialist areas in the operative center as well as in the diagnostic and therapeutic areas. Remuneration is carried out according to the classification rules of the respective domestic collective agreement and is possible in the case of the personal conditions in the remuneration group P4.

The operational centre of the Dresden University Hospital, which was commissioned in 2019, is still one of the most modern in Europe. Here, dedicated employees work with innovative technology and set new standards in the operative care of patients. A total of 17 OP rooms, including two hybrid OP rooms and two OP rooms with access to an intraoperative MRT, are available in House 32. In addition, there are 24 other OP rooms distributed across different clinics and across the entire campus.

In the OP area of the University Hospital Dresden, the technical assignment and specialization of the OP students takes place in the following areas:

• Orthopaedics, Surgery and Plastic Surgery (OUPC)
• Visceral, thorax and vascular surgery (VTG)
• Neurosurgery
• Child Surgery
• Gynaecology

• successful professional qualification as a nursing professional / nursing professional, health care and nursing*in or nurse, with specialist training for the surgical service
