• Maintenance and maintenance of agricultural land and fields.
• Put a bag over the rye.
• Aid for planting and sorting of waste.
• Operation of light agricultural equipment – don't worry, you will be incorporated!
• General support and teamwork with other helpers and professionals.

This position does not require a CV that shines with years of experience – but some conditions help you to be the perfect helper. Whether you have a green thumb or just like being outside, you can shine here:

• Ideally, you already have experience, but also cross-comers are welcome.
• Physical fitness: field work can be exhausting – you should not be afraid of physical activity.
• Motivation: You are ready to stay through even in unpredictable weather and give your best.
• Team skills: Field work is often a joint project – cohesion and cooperation are important.
• Flexibility: Working hours may vary, especially during harvest time.
