Your tasks

Leiting competence: You are responsible for the smooth professional and personal control of our group and thus ensure our educational support work. This includes, for example, the creation of schedules, education planning and budget management.

Team spirit: At work in the team, you can see yourself as a model of the pedagogical attitude. With a view for the whole and an open ear, you conduct valuable and professional and promote pedagogical work through targeted discourses and further training.

Cooperation & Perspective: You shape binding and cooperative cooperation with internal areas (e.g. field management etc.) as well as external offices, professionals and families. In addition, you are interested in the further development and evaluation of the offer concept and quality work.

Your profile

Qualifications: You have a degree as an educatorin, medical educationin or social education*in and brings professional experience and leadership skills. Ideally, you have a trauma-pedagogical further education or deepened expertise in the field of autism-spectrum-stance.

Competition: With your well-founded leadership skills and sensitivity, you guide your team and understand the needs of our target group. You respond to challenges of solution-oriented and always trade from a diverse and life-oriented attitude.

Stop: You are an organizational talent with excellent communicative skills, with empathy and a positive, respectful attitude, and you are characterized by your reliability, motivation and commitment.
