Our KiTa quarters on the forest with its annex in Hembergstraße, Worpswede offers a unique and enriching environment for children from crib to preschool age. Our small groups and the outdoor area offer children free space to develop and discover their creativity. A special highlight is our adjacent studio, which is open to children daily. The KiTa Quartier am Wald works closely with the Senior Home next door to promote intergenerational activities and support. As a pedagogical specialist in our SOS-KiTas, you shape everyday life with a view to children and their individual needs and resources. Building on a development-appropriate participation of all children, you accompany them sensitively and value-adding. In the team you reflect on the pedagogical work and develop it with the focus on participation. For this, you bring your own ideas and are motivated to initiate and live projects and cooperations together with your colleagues. Collaboration with the families as part of an educational partnership at eye level is the basis of your educational work. You can create a professional relationship between proximity and distance. Child protection forms the basis of your work. You take this responsibility together with team, leadership and supporters.

You are an educator, a childhood teacher, a social pedagogue or a comparable qualification. You have experience in the Kita area. You are a sensitive person who is willing to embark on new things and actively use learning and development opportunities. Experience in participatory work is particularly important to us as we want children to be actively involved in decision-making processes.
