Payroll Expert Product Management - Payroll Software / Jira (m/f/d)

You are analysing professionally and working out legal changes as well as customer incentives – from idea to final specification You take responsibility for the supervised functions in edlohn (end-to-end): from conception to implementation-saving ring with the user experience and development team to acceptance You managst operatively meet the requirements in the agile environment, support in the backlog care and the refinement, as well as refine user stories and bugs in Jira You start testable acceptance criteria together with QA/Test Management and carry out professional tests and acceptances You work with system consulting/support to solve complex case configurations You actively exchange with external institutions and bodies in the wage context

You have very good knowledge of payroll accounting (for a service provider/tax consultant or directly with the employer) including relevant reporting procedures (e.g. AAG, EEL) You are highly motivated to implement technical requirements in software; first experience in product management/business analysis is advantageous You are familiar with Jira or comparable tools and safe to use common office and collaboration software You work structured and solution-oriented, have an IT affinity, a fast conception and team spirit and are open to feedback You have very good German knowledge (C1 level) in word and writing Ideally, you bring experience from “beyond worlds” – from the user perspective and product management. Alternatively, you convince with the motivation and willingness to acquire the business analyst methodology with us quickly and structuredly
