Master's degree or PhD in Semiconductor Packaging, Chemistry, Materials Technology, Mechanical Engineering or similar Physics delicate first relevant experience, depending on educational credentials Strong skills in architectural thinking, critical judgement and fast and structured problem solving Experience in simulating (thermomechanical) will be appreciated Energetic and result driven, technical leader with ambitious to grow Excellent communication skills and team player within global, intercultural environment Business fluent in English (written and spoken), German language skills are a strong plus
