Completion in computer science, business information technology or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in the architecture, configuration or operation of ITSM plates in larger IT organizations (ServiceNow, Freshworks, BMC or the like) Deep technical understanding of platform operation, process digitalization and interface architecture ITIL-V3 or ITIL-4 certification mandatory Confidence with the management of service providers and cooperation with international teams Ability to translate technical complexity into strategic decisions and coordinate different stakeholders Structured, solution-oriented and independent operation Very good communication skills in German and English
