Leadership and further development of the internal service team with currently 8 employees Responsibility and further development of the sales processes, including the creation of offers and order processing Leadership in the efficient use of modern IT tools in sales (including SAP S/4HANA and CRM) Close cooperation with sales and marketing, as well as the interfaces production planning and control, logistics, export processing and IT Contact for end customers, trading partners and their own branches Analysis and reporting of sales data

successfully completed commercial training or business studies multiannual professional experience in a comparable position and team-oriented employee management secure handling of MS Office as well as CRM and ERP systems, preferably SAP S4/HANA Joy in digitization and automation of sales processes high affinity for clear structuring and safe processes as well as commercial questions Knowledge of operational export processing and high care in master data maintenance Own initiative and enforcement very good English knowledge of word and writing
