As a branch manager (m/w/d), you take the holistic responsibility for our location in Korschenbroich. Total responsibility for the operational and economic development of the site Analysis of relevant key figures, budgets and cost structures and derivation and implementation of concrete measures to increase profitability Control and continuous optimization of daily processes, processes and structures at the site Ensuring smooth interfaces between sales and assembly Responsibility for quality, timeliness and customer satisfaction as well as outstanding customer experience Leadership and support of the sales team in achieving sales and earnings targets and further development of consulting and sales processes Close coordination with the assembly and planning management for efficient control of the assembly processes and optimal deployment planning of the assembly teams

Multiannual professional experience in a leadership position Experience in the leadership and development of employees Experience with P/L responsibility or sales, cost and earnings responsibility Your place of residence is close to your location Structured, solution-oriented and independent operation Ability to prepare operational topics themselves while keeping an overview of the entire site Experience in sales, trade, construction, assembly or a comparable environment is advantageous
