Expert in design automation & process digitization (m/f/d)

Development and implementation of standardization and automation concepts in the design Analysis, assessment and optimization of existing design and development processes Construction and maintenance of modern, digital workflows Design of continuous digital process chains - from sales and configuration to construction, to production, development and introduction of automated solutions Professional participation in the selection and development of systems, libraries and methods Ensuring process quality and monitoring of design and automation logic Working with the international rollout, in particular with a view to the Chinese location Cooperation with internal interfaces such as technology, IT, sales and manufacturing

Complete technical studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in design automation and/or process digitalization in the engineering environment Knowledge of variant management and standardization of technical products Experience with CAD and engineering systems, ideally: Solid Edge Strong process and systemic thinking Interest in strategic, C‐Level-relevant topics and joy in conceptual work Very good English skills in word and writing International readiness to travel, especially for stays of up to two weeks Structured, analytical and communication-strong personality A strategic key role with high management awareness Working on pioneering topics in research & development Design space in systems, methods and processes Working in an agile project team with direct influence on corporate standards Perspective for the international scaling of the developed solutions
