Your tasks

• You are responsible for our rebuilds and take care of the management of all the participants as responsible project manager (m/w/d)
• You carry out state acquisitions of buildings and technical installations, thereby taking follow-up measures and future building standards
• You ensure a smooth start-up operation of completed new construction projects through your commissioning management and always seek optimization potential. As a result, you will ensure the necessary and sustainable operation of our technical facilities and buildings in the upcoming use phase
• You always keep track of our warranty claims during the warranty period
• You have fun developing and actively shaping our processes
• You are a competent contact person (m/w/d) of the specialist departments around the questions of the building-accompanying facility management

Your profile

• You have a completed university degree in architecture or civil engineering, alternatively a degree in real estate management, facility management or a comparable technical qualification with at least 3 years in a comparable position
• Funded, multiannual professional experience (operative activity) and practicable successes in the project completion of construction projects
• Good knowledge of building and planning law as well as the recognised rules of technology
• Conceptual, structured and result-oriented working methods as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Open-minded personality with safe and binding appearance, team spirit, enforcement ability and high quality standards to their own performance
• Ability to co-operate and motivate employees in an agile working environment
• You are routined in dealing with MS - Office applications and ideally have experiences with SAP
