In the course of a comprehensive reorganization of the International Office, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced personality as: Head of the International Office (w/m/d) Create the strategic orientation of the International Office together with two experienced colleagues as well as the position of the Deputy Head.

You lead the International Office team at strategic and operational level and develop new processes and structures together You are responsible for managing and implementing digitization processes, in particular in the field of study organisation, exchange programs and data management Your responsibility lies in the design and implementation of the university's internationalization strategy with the Rectorate and the faculties You control the acquisition, implementation and execution of relevant third-party funded programmes You advise and support university members on issues of international cooperation and relevant funding and cooperation programmes You participate in the preparation of (cooperation) contracts You actively work with regional and international stakeholders to design and implement international programs

A completed academic degree (Master, Uni-Diplom, Magister) with reference to the job profile, preferably in social sciences or cultural sciences Very good knowledge of German and English (C1 level) and good knowledge of another foreign language Professional experience in the international university environment Multiannual proven leadership experience Funded knowledge in project management, in particular in the international context and in third-party projects Intercultural competence, high service orientation, flexibility and organisational strength
