In our hotel with 85 rooms and suites, various meeting and event rooms, the restaurant Riva (100 seats & open show kitchen) with its popular garden terrace, we all leave with us “come and feel good”. For our restaurant RIVA we are looking for a deputy restaurant manager (m/w/d) at the next time or by agreement.

You understand yourself as a host and service provider, welcome our guests warmly and walk open and charming with them! Responsible support and representation of the restaurant manager in various areas Management of the service team in the respective layer New employees and trainees Support in the implementation of inventory Operational cooperation professional serving of food and drinks with wine advice Ensuring absolute guest satisfaction Care of the cash register system Collaborative and smooth cooperation with all other departments

You have completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant area You have already gained experience in the upscale hotel industry or gastronomy You take over the host role in a warm and charming manner and have a pronounced guest and service orientation You have a sound knowledge of food and beverages You have wine knowledge Humor & good mood You are confident and strong in communication bringing you polite forms of handling and a positive appearance You work independently and organized Together we are strong!
