Successfully completed training as a specialist informant (IHK), a computer science study or comparable training Knowledge in the field of Windows workstations and Active Directory Practical experience in the configuration, commissioning and maintenance of hardware and software by software distribution Experience with products from Matrix42 (Empirum, Silverback, Servicestore) Experience with the IGEL Management Console (UMS) Experience in working with Steadyprint and an IAM system desirable Very good German and good English skills Teamability, ready-to-use or Flexibility and a structured way of working Solution-oriented and connected thinking and action, coupled with high quality standards and very good analytical skills Customer and service-oriented communication skills as well as strong consulting skills Class B valid driving licence
