You are responsible for the creditor, debitor and asset accounting including the audit and accounting. You monitor daily liquidity and predict their short-term development. You start business analysis and ad-hoc analyses. You tune the Intercompany accounts. You will start the sales tax forecasts and other tax reports. You organize payment transactions (preparation of transfers, control of payment transactions and monitoring of daily money accounts). You check and book the credit card and document accounts of the employees. You recognize taxable facts such as gifts or business events. You will first complete the month and participate in the preparation of annual accounts. You work closely with auditors and tax advisors. You support our sites in technical questions and carry out financial training. You take on your own responsibility the control of cross-departmental special projects, participate in the further development of our accounting area and promote the digitization and automation of accounting processes.

a successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a tax specialist or with further training to the audited account holder, all genders, or alternatively provide a comparable qualification? Looking back on well-founded and multi-year professional experience in financial accounting? shining through good knowledge in digital processes as well as in accounting requirements? demonstrate basic knowledge in common accounting systems (e.g. DATEV), digital accounting solutions and MS Excel? with a structured, precise and responsible way of working, a pronounced understanding of numbers, proactivity and a clear and reliable communication at eye level?
