Product Compliance Specialist, Environmental Protection and Chemical Safety (m/w/d)

As a specialist Product Compliance Environmental Protection and Chemical Safety (w/m/d), you evaluate components of (technical) systems based on researched or employed basic data. You collect essential information on the composition and function of the individual components at component and component level and evaluate them with regard to their compliance with environmental and chemical law. You develop the technical foundations and contribute to the advice on the implementation of environmental and chemical requirements in the design of the products under consideration.

Performance in assigned project shares of legal conformity assessments in the field of environmental protection and chemical safety for defence systems including Creation of waste management and recovery concepts Self-responsible determination of material compositions in products and mixtures including Substitute determination and search for basic data required for conformity assessment and disposal concept Professional cooperation in the development of services through further development of the department of environmental protection through internal specialist group work Professional cooperation in the further development of project-related work processes Implementation of quality assurance measures by participation in the implementation of measures to achieve conformity

Completed technical training with further training or comparable First and most relevant professional experience in the field of environmental protection and/or chemical safety First knowledge of relevant statutory provisions, standards and guidelines Very good knowledge about MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Ability to self-organisation and structured work Excellent quality awareness High service and customer orientation (internal, external) Contact and communication strength Joy in team collaboration
