Senior Formulation Technician (m/w/d)

To strengthen our Product Development UV department, we are looking for a professionally versed and humanly convincing personality in Kirchheim near Munich as Senior Software Engineer (m/w/d)

Own-responsible and systematic processing of formulation, formulation and raw material know-how in the product segment UV Offset. Processing of application-technically complex and demanding questions related to customer requests and processing as well as independent planning and implementation of measures in the context of technology and daily work projects. In detail: Project management for technology and daily work projects, independent analysis of product, customer and application requirements developing (customer-specific) solutions for application-oriented complex and demanding questions, in particular taking into account chemical product properties; Identification of the underlying causes and support/recommendation as to how encountered problems can be avoided sustainably Control and implementation of processes for sustainable recipe optimization and systematization according to clear directional recipe specifications Determination of test methods and characteristics and corresponding specification limits within the existing product range Validation and introduction of new raw material components Support in the development of test methods and test methods as well as independent introduction of new test methods into daily practice

Successfully completed studies in chemistry (Dipl., Master and/or PhD), engineer / technician (m/w/d) in the fields of chemistry and lacquer technology or comparable studies Insufficient professional experience in project work to develop UV-reactive systems, ideal for offset printing inks Ideally experience in the leadership of interdisciplinary teams Impressed methodological competence in the field of systematic recipe development, e.g. statistical experimental planning (DoE) Comprehensive knowledge of raw materials Good user knowledge in MS Office applications Logical and structured approach, high autonomy, team capacity, communication strength Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
