Your mission Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term, trusted relationships with key customers:inside and strategic partners:in the real estate segment Business development: Identification and development of new business opportunities – from initial contact to successful conclusion of the contract Sales Excellence: Control of the entire sales cycle including offering creation, pricing and contract negotiations Market intelligence: Active observation of market, competition and customer developments to derive targeted measures and sustainable use of sales potential

Your profile Qualification: completed studies in engineering or a comparable technical qualification Experience: Multiannual professional experience in sales, business development or comparable functions – ideally in the area of heating, ventilation, climate (HLK/HVAC) Technology know-how: knowledge of building automation, digitalization and energy-efficient solutions as well as experience with software or IoT-based business models Sales competency: Detectable successes in account management, preferably in real estate environment, strong negotiating strength at C‐Level as well as competence in sales strategy, planning and implementation Language knowledge: flowing German skills and very good English skills
