Dresden These are your tasks in our team Planning, Calculating and Monitoring Building Projects Creation of technical drawings, statics and execution plans Coordination of construction processes and coordination with architects, specialist planners and contractors Ensuring compliance with quality, time and cost requirements Implementation of construction sites and construction monitoring Creation of tenders and award documents This is what awaits you with us Exciting and varied projects with local industrial partners Take responsibility and evolve Personal project support and regular feedback talks Team events (e.g. summer, Christmas, Adventurewalk etc.) Occupational pension, Kita grant

Our expectations for you Completed studies in the field of civil engineering or further education:to master:in/technic:in Including professional experience in this field Experience in the application of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. VOB, HOAI) Negotiating skills and enforcement Driving licence Class B, partly throughout Germany Dangerous German (C1 level) and good English knowledge in word and writing
