With more than 700 colleagues, Offenbach's disabled help accompanies us with 2,000 children, young people and adults with disabilities, as well as their families in various services and facilities. In order to be able to make this important contribution together, a good working environment is crucial for our colleagues. You take care activities with active involvement of residents: You work as part of the early or late team and are ready for weekend services and occasional night readiness services You support the inhabitants: within your group of dwellings in all areas of life and participation in social life You participate in the development of support measures, their documentation and evaluation You use development-friendly methods such as supported communication You implement your own ideas for projects in the housing group or the daily structure in individual and group offers You participate in regular team and case meetings as well as Supervisions You have personal guidance through dedicated mentors:
