For our IT department Rehakliniken we are looking for you as Department coordinator*in Klinik-IT Location: Berlin Date of entry: Immediate Application deadline: 04.11.2026 Call number: 11-103-2026 Employment: Full time (part time is possible in principle) Remuneration: E14 TV EntgO-DRV Activity The department is responsible for the IT supply of the federally distributed 26 reha clinics of the DRV Bund. Around 80 employees control and operate a complex, business-critical IT landscape. These include, in particular, the clinic information system with its medical and administrative applications, the associated technical infrastructure and numerous interfaces and other clinical IT services.

In a special position of trust, you (in particular) undertake the following tasks: Support and delegate of the department management in the strategic, organisational and operational management of the department Coordination of cooperation and resource and personnel use within the department Preparing decisions and creating maps, opinions, management reports and recommendations for action Excessive control of the operation of the complex KIS and Clinical IT infrastructure including applications, interfaces and technical components Coordinate serious IT disputes and crisis situations including escalation, communication and action tracking Taxes of external software manufacturers and IT service providers based on contracts, service agreements, quality indicators and operational risks Developing and monitoring processes, regulations and control instruments Leading strategic, cross-departmental working groups, projects and change projects, and assigning the department to bodies

Successfully completed scientific higher education (Master or Diploma University) in the IT environment At least five years of professional experience in the professional management of interdisciplinary teams as well as the control of external service providers and software manufacturers At least three years of current professional experience in the IT of a clinic environment At least two years of experience in the management of a complex KIS infrastructure At least two-year experience in managing business-critical IT services for multiple spatially distributed clinic locations At least five years of practical experience in escalation and crisis management Knowledge and experience gained in IT service management, especially in incident, problem, change, release and service level management Extensive capacity to evaluate complex, technical, organisational and economic circumstances, to make decisions and to represent convincingly to different addressees
