Development of and consulting in the development of global E2E process standards (process landscape, architecture, optimization), guidelines and control mechanisms (targets, KPIs) as well as conception of ZEISS-wide process topics with the aim of realising synergy potentials and improving process quality Specifying and controlling the Corporate Process Excellence Governance, including clearly defined governance roles and responsibilities, as well as guiding principles for global cooperation (exit and building organisation), which are strengthened by a ZEISS-wide governance structure Development, consulting and accompaniment of the implementation of global standards for process modelling (swimlanes, work instructions, etc.) and documentation Development, consulting and support of the implementation of a global process monitoring concept that allows the measurement and follow-up of process implementation and process optimization initiatives Process Controlling Support by Specification of Process KPIs, Dashboards and Report Structures Specification and Accompanying the Implementation of a ZEISS-wide State-of-the-Art Process Modelling & Documentation Tools to Ensure Continuous and Consistent Process Quality Management (further) Development of the Process Excellence Training Academy and implementation of training courses for process modeling, improvement and implementation Development and maintenance of best practices in the field of process excellence using industry knowledge and trends cooperation with the ZEISS teams for process organization and transformation (e.g. FIT4), to ensure that all process governance aspects are taken into account in other relevant projects

Studies Business Administration, Engineering, Business Informatics or a related area (Advanced Master's degree) Multiannual experience in process and project management, either in an advisory function or in line management of a comparable company, ideally in the group environment In-depth knowledge of process management, process modeling and process optimization methods (e.g. Lean Management, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) Extensive experience in the impact of process orientation on the organization of construction and execution in an international group Impressed analytical skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions Strong project management know-how with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to work together with cross-functional teams Flowing in English and German, in writing and language
