Your tasks

• Responsibility for warranty tracking, including creation and follow-up of deficiencies
• Establishment of maintenance and service contracts and support in auditing and monitoring of maintenance planning
• Support for calls for services and maintenance for all properties
• Central contact point for colleagues and maintenance service providers in daily business
• Compilation of the additional cost accounting for the tenants
• Data management and document management in the CAFM system

Your profile

• Completed real estate training (e.g. to the real estate businessman (m/w/d)) with corresponding training or a completed study (e.g. real estate business)
• Professional experience in real estate or commercial facility management
• Ideally experience in deficiencies management and basic technical understanding of the various real estate structures
• Secure appearance, enforcement strength and good time management
• Quick conception as well as independent, independent and result-oriented mode of operation
• High level of confidentiality and discretion as well as high motivation for incorporating into new tasks
