Team Leader Receivables Management (m/f/d)

With professional and disciplinary responsibility, you develop your team and ensure clarity, orientation and reliable cooperation. The overall responsibility for dunning, payment assignments, debt collection and complex clarification cases is in your area – thereby ensuring a legally and revision-proof processing. Due to consistent compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, you ensure that all processes work timely, efficient and stable. Based on sound analyses of work stocks, KPIs and receivable portfolios, you conduct targeted optimization measures and advance the continuous development of the processes. In close coordination with billing, market communication, customer service as well as external partners, you will ensure consistent and smooth end-to-end process management.

You have a completed commercial training or a study, ideally related to the energy industry. Multiannual professional experience in the demand management of an energy supplier is of course for you, as you are familiar with complex market processes. In dealing with legal framework conditions such as EnWG, StromGVV, GasGVVV and InsO as well as with energy-efficient process specifications, you feel safe. Knowledge of EVU accounting systems, especially Wilken ENER:GY, are of advantage. You bring leadership experience with you or you show a clear willingness to assume leadership responsibility in the future. Analytical thinking, a pronounced solution orientation, as well as a sovereign and value-assuring appearance are what distinguishes you.
