IT-Rollout Techniker (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Installation and configuration of the hardware with Windows 10 • Construction and degradation of hardware components • User input into the systems • Priority, classification and documentation of malfunctions in the ticket system • Error analysis and on-site support for first solutions • Redirecting complex disorders to specialized teams • Maintenance of asset data • Documentation and updating in the knowledge database • Support for IT projects • Continuous improvement of operating processes and IT structures

Your qualifications: • Complete vocational training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification • Experience in the implementation of rollouts and installations • Safe handling of Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office • Good knowledge of the handling of ticket tools and the pleasure of documentation • Advanced knowledge of standard hardware • Communication and team skills • Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
