As part of the transfer of employees, we are looking for a project manager (m/w/d) in the field of fuel services for a project application at our customer in Erlangen.

♪ Your future responsibilities

• Technical leadership and technical coordination of personal and foreign personnel within the framework of the projects
• The project support includes the development, construction, procurement/production, qualification, delivery and commissioning of service equipment
• Analysis and monitoring of risks
• Project-related leadership of international project teams
• Individually responsible planning and awarding sub-contracting
• Planning and monitoring of costs, dates and quality
• Self-employed communication internally and externally (management, customer, expert, supplier) within the scope of the task
• Support for project management of category B projects and technical cooperation in the project team

Your profile

• Master/graduate degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable
• Project manager certification according to PMI or comparable training/experience
• Long-standing experience in project management
• Multiannual experience in working with intercultural and interdisciplinary teams desirable
• Advanced knowledge in the application of project management tools and standards (e.g. scheduling, risk management, visual management)
• Basic knowledge of nuclear regulations (KTA, ASME, RE-L)
• Language knowledge in German and English
• Basic knowledge of French desirable
• willingness to work in the control area as well as to handle open, radioactive substances in nuclear installations both at the site and abroad
• readiness to travel worldwide
• High quality awareness
• Structured work, team skills and communication strength
