To strengthen our Risk & Regulatory Sales team, we are looking at the next time

Sales Support (w/m/d) in full or part-time at Neuss site.

These are your tasks

You support our sales team in Risk & Regulatory Sales in the preparation and processing of sales processes.

You accompany existing and new customer business and keep our sales colleagues free of charge in the daily business.

You create offers, tenders, presentations and contract documents and ensure smooth further processing.

You support the onboarding phase of new customers and ensure a structured start of collaboration.

You can reliably document all sales-related activities in our CRM system.

You participate in the billing of services provided and keep an overview of relevant data and processes.

You plan and organize events with customer reference and support their implementation.

That makes you

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.

You work structured, independent and keep track of multiple topics.

You are a binding and reliable member of the team.

You communicate safely – also with contact persons on management and C levels.

You bring team spirit and you like to work closely with different interfaces.

You have good English skills; further foreign languages are a plus.

You are safe in handling M365 applications and ideally have first experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
