In this position, you take responsibility for controlling and ensuring the success of your area of responsibility through the disciplinary and professional management of the direct production areas pre-assembly large assemblies, protection production and adhesive bonding, welding and machining as well as surface technology and the indirect areas of industrial engineering and factory maintenance at the Munich site. In addition, you will develop and implement a clear production strategy in close coordination with the central areas. You also take over the representation of the interests of your area internally and externally. Another focus of your activity is the further development of the Industrial Engineering division, including process planning, technologies and the structures in work preparation. In addition, you are responsible for budget and cost for personnel, costs and investments and ensure compliance with the production targets in terms of quality, costs, delivery performance and security. To optimize the production processes, you introduce modern production, lean and KPI control systems and continuously develop them. You are also responsible for building, managing and developing a powerful leadership team. At the same time, you establish a modern, value-adding and performance-oriented leadership culture within your responsibility. In addition, staff selection, staff management, employee assessment and employee development are among your key tasks.

You have completed their studies with a focus on production, manufacturing technology, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of expertise and, at the same time, bring together multi-year leadership experience in production with site or factory responsibility. In addition, you have already gained experience in building or running production sites or production lines and have well-founded knowledge in lean manufacturing and operational excellence. Your very good business understanding extends to investment, cost accounting and capacity planning, complemented by your experience in project and change management. You are safe in handling key payment systems as well as modern IT tools, as well as establishing key figures and digitization tools Personally, you are characterized by your empathy and enforcement strength as a leader. In addition, you bring high sense of decision and responsibility, combined with excellent communication and motivation skills. Even in demanding phases of construction, you prove high loadability and implementation strength, combining a hand-on mentality with strategic vision. Negotiating German and very good English skills complete your profile.
