You are responsible for building and further developing a company-wide governance system for project management, e.g. Stage-Gate, thereby ensuring uniform project management standards, methods and regulations in the company. The decision-making and control logic defines you as a resilient basis for management and committees while defining a uniform database for consistent project reporting. When applying the project management governance, you actively support the business areas. You develop, maintain and extend the project management system as well as the Stage-Gate system and ensure that methods, templates, checklists and standards are always up to date for projects. Support and optimise a standardized project reporting for management and committees while consolidating and analyzing project key figures and status information. Organize and actively accompany project governance, while ensuring the data quality and consistency of project information. Support and develop systems and tools for project management and reporting. Create and maintain training documents, guides and practical examples as a basis for rollout and skills, and also advise project teams on governance issues and the application of methods.

You have a completed master's degree programme, e.g. in economic engineering, business management, engineering or a comparable subject, and ideally bring an additional qualification in project management. Further training in the field of organizational development, transformation or process management is advantageous. You will be able to draw knowledge of project and program management as well as experience with project management governance systems, e.g. Stage-Gate. You have experience in project reporting and KPI management and are familiar with project management tools as well as reporting systems. You possess analytical skills to evaluate complex project structures. Very good communication and moderation skills enable you to successfully collaborate in teams and bodies.
