The department „Klinikgruppe DRV Bund“ controls 21 own rehabilitation centers with 27 rehabilitation clinics. The goal is to set strategic impulses, to set standards and to increase the process efficiency in the interaction between clinics, head office and department itself in order to strengthen the competitiveness of the clinic group of the DRV-Bund

As a product and quality management department manager, you are responsible for the market-oriented development of the range of services of the clinic group and ensuring quality management. With your team of experts, you will ensure that topics such as product management, medical advice, innovation, research as well as customer-number-based quality and occupancy control are in focus. In your role, you support the strategic development of the Reha Clinical Group and are innovative drivers of market trends and process optimization. You take over the following tasks: Professional and disciplinary leadership of a doctorate with 8 employees and close cooperation with regional directors, clinics and internal departments Further development of the product portfolio including an indication strategy of the Reha-Klinik group, including market analyses and the latest research and innovation trends Support in the introduction of new products and innovations Responsible for the number-based control of the occupancy and quality parameters of the reha clinics including deviation analyses and action recommendations Intensification of cooperative cooperation with the regional authorities of the DRV Further development of the standardization of the QMS rehabilitation management system in the clinic group Responsible for reporting, verification and complaints of authorities, institutions and ministries

You combine strong leadership skills with strategic thinking, a hands-on mentality and a high degree of self-initiative. Your clear communication and decision-making will enable you to implement a modern and customer-oriented service. To do this, use the following: Successfully completed academic studies (Master/Diplom or equivalent) of the economics with a focus on health economics or medicine with an economic background (health management/health care) or an equivalent degree Long-standing current professional experience in healthcare and/or clinic environment Multi-year leadership experience Experience in the implementation and monitoring of change processes in larger organisations and/or the management of projects Ideally knowledge of common QM systems Strategic, solution-oriented thinking, strength of decision and joy in developing structures and processes
