HSSE Specialist / Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

As HSSE-Professional, you support the tankers in Bendorf and Frankfurt as well as, if necessary, other locations in Germany from our office in Bendorf. Working in the team: You are professionally involved in the company's central HSSE team and work closely with colleagues (m/w/d) from various areas. Responsibility for work: You act as a specialist in occupational safety (FaSi), conduct risk assessments and participate in risk analysis and work permits. To ensure documentation: Du first or co-ordinarily relevant documents such as operating and working instructions, incident and investigation reports, alarm and danger prevention plans, explosion protection documents and checklists. Implementation of regulations: you monitor compliance with industrial safety regulations and guidelines on the tankers and carry out regular visits, training and instruction. Developing HSSE standards: You implement statutory and internal HSSE regulations and continuously develop them. Partner (m/w/d) be: You act internally as a partner (m/w/d) of the management and specialist departments in technical, organizational and personnel-related HSSE topics, and you are a contact person for external partner companies and other interest groups.

Qualification: Completed training on occupational safety (FaSi) Professional experience: Practical experience in occupational safety, preferably in industry or in industry Working methods: independent, targeted and structured working methods, high engagement and team and communication skills Mobility: willingness to travel Specialized knowledge of the German statutory and cooperative labour regulations Languages: Very good German in word and writing and at least basic knowledge in English IT knowledge: Safe handling of MS-365 applications and other IT systems With these properties, you will fit us well: Communication strength: You can communicate complex topics in a comprehensible way, convince different stakeholders and win others for your ideas.
